If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you. All of the bicycles are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty and are sold brand new in the original packaging, if a part is missing or there is damage to the bicycle, contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem. We will accept product returns for up to 10 days after receiving the product. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number. A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on bicycles that are damaged by excessive customer abuse.

Security:
The transmission of your order is done using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet. This provides a secure connection between a web browser and a web site server.

Shipping Charges:
ABikestore.com is taking the guess work out of shipping charges. We charge for shipping on a per item basis. For example, most bicycles ship in the Cont. 48 US for only $35.00, others are free, and some bikes may cost slightly more. When you add an item to your basket, you will immediately be made aware of what the shipping charges are for that particular product. OVERSEAS Orders - we are not shipping overseas at this time.

Delivery Time:
All of our items ship promptly and will arrive in 2-7 business days. If for some reason the time will be longer, we will notify you of the status of your order. Most items ship the same day or next day after the order is placed.
