The quickest, and easiest way to place an order is directly on our website. You can order online 24hours a day, and in fact, online ordering online allows us to ship your order faster than orders placed over the telephone. Our website is completely secure with the latest Internet Security Standards. As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that will show a summary of your order. Please check this to make sure everything is accurate. If you see a mistake, please email us as soon as possible at info@abikestore.com – or simply respond to your order confirmation email.

Most of the bikes ship about 85% assembled. For the most part, you will need to attach the front tire, seat, pedals and handlebars. If you are not comfortable completing the assembly, we recommend taking the bike to a local bike shop to complete the assembly.

No, we are not able to ship a bike fully assembled. The bike would not fit in a box that would be accepted by UPS or Fed Ex, and there would be too great a risk of damaging the bike in transit.

We charge flat rates for shipments in the Continental US (lower 48 states). When you add the item to your basket, you will be prompted to check a box that shows the cost to ship that particular bike or accessory. That amount is your shipping cost. At this time we only ship to the United States and are able to ship some items to Canada.

Most of our bikes and accessories ship within 24-48 hours. Normal transit time can be anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on where you are located. For example, Lamborghini, Cadillac and GMC bikes ship out of NJ. Therefore, if you are in the North East, or East Coast, you can receive your bike in as little to 1-3 business days. Polaris bicycles ship out of Iowa and reach most of the country within 1-3 business days.

We can do so, but it is very expensive. Bicycles ship in large boxes and shipping can cost as much as $175-200 or more for overnight shipments. Unfortunately, there are times when packages can become damaged in the shipping process. If the driver brings a bike or other item to your home, and there is visible damage to the packaging, please REFUSE to accept the package and contact us immediately at info@abikestore.com with your order number and describe the problem. We will immediately ship a replacement to you.

If you accept the package and later find that there is hidden damage from shipping, please also contact us ASAP and we will quickly resolve the problem.

All of the bicycles we sell have standard Bicycle Industry parts. A local bike shop in your area can work on the bikes that we sell. If a warranty part is needed, please contact us and we will work directly with the manufacturer to take care of the problem for you.

Our inventory can change rapidly, and we do our best to maintain correct information on our website. If you see a bike, such as a beach cruiser, pictured in blue, but the drop down menu for choosing your color does not have blue, then it means that the blue is out of stock. The colors that are on the drop down are the colors that are currently available.

It can vary from a week to several months depending on where the item is in the manufacturing process. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to predict because many different parts and suppliers are involved in building bikes. When an item is back in stock, we will note it on our website.

Bicycle sizes are measured in two different ways. Adult bicycles for comfort and mountain bikes have 26” diameter wheels. This measurement refers to wheel size, but not the frame size. Often, an adult bike will have 26” wheels and for woman, a 17” frame and for men, an 18” or 19” frame. The FRAME SIZE is measured from the center of the crank are of the bike (Bottom Bracket) up the frame, to the top of the seat tube, where the seatpost enters the frame.

An adult bike can have many different frame sizes for the same size wheel.  As a general rule, you can usually take your inseam length minus about 12” and that is the size frame that would fit well for you when choosing mountain and comfort bikes.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you. All of the bicycles are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty and are sold brand new in the original packaging, if a part is missing or there is damage to the bicycle, contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem. We will accept product returns for up to 10 days after receiving the product. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number. A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on bicycles that are damaged by excessive customer abuse.

Every item ABikeStore.com carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects from normal use. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise. Labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty. For more specific information, please read the manuals included in the product packaging.

JEEP, Cadillac, Lamborghini, GMC, PT Cruiser , Biria, and most of the the other brands we carry have limited lifetime warranties on the frame and one year on the parts. Most components, including Shimano have a one year warranty.

ABikeStore.com (ABikeStore.com, Inc.) will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on merchandise we sell but, otherwise, we make no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise in our website. AbikeStore.com (ABikeStore.com, Inc.) shall not be responsible for the proper use of the merchandise sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using the merchandise.
