Dear Sir or Madam: Received the bikes today, reference order #59369. They were exactly as advertised and are great bikes at this price. There was no damage in transit by DHL and they appeared to be packed well with protective plastic pieces in all the right places.

My only complaint is that the assembly instructions were a little vague, but I have experience with bikes, so I had them assembled and tuned up in about 2 hours.
