The RLE 1.8 Cadillac Road Bike is a European inspired road racing bicycle with the latest in aluminum and carbon fiber technology, resulting an impressive performance package. The RLE1.8 is a perfect combination of quality features with a sleek design. The foundation of the RLE1.8 is a custom 7005 Aluminum frame with Carbon seat stays. The main frame is aluminum for acceleration energy. The fork is Kinesis carbon fiber to reduce road vibrations and weight. The carbon fiber seat stay will take the edge off of road vibration that may be created, and the seat post is also carbon fiber, to reduce harmonic vibrations transferring into the saddle. The RLE1.8 saddle features a Cadillac Crest on the top, and titanium rails. The result of these materials is just the right amount of rigidity while maintaining a smooth ride. All of the derailleurs, shifters and brakes are Shimano 105 for smooth shifting and safe braking. The Dual control levers allow you to shift and brake from the same hand positions for greater comfort and efficiency, and the Dual Pivot brakes provide a firm and instantaneous braking response. The FSA Gossamer crank and Shimano Alloy wheels round out the RLE1.8, making it a complete quality package. For added performance and comfort, the bike features a Patented Adjustable Stem allowing you to easily micro adjust your stem height for optimal performance.
