We already mentioned the alloy frame for a solid foundation. It also has top of the line Shimano Nexus 8 speed internal hub with a freewheel (not a coaster brake) - this means smooth reliable shifting for up and down hills, and flat terrain. The braking system consists of front and rear handbrakes, this will allow for safe and easy braking. You are also getting a bike with alloy rims, an alloy stem and brakes.
The Biria Light 8 comes with a rear rack, fenders and a kickstand. This bike is currently available in in a 17" and 19" frame with 28"(700c) wheels. This is a very well bicycle that will last for years. The frame has a lifetime warranty.
