The Biria Top 3 includes a rack and fenders. It does not include the lights. The Superlight 3 includes the lights. The bicycle is currently available in a 17" and 19" size frame with 700c wheels. This is a very well crafted bicycle that will last for years. The frame has a lifetime warranty. Lights are not included. I bought this style of bike due to a bad hip and have never been happier! It is light enough for me to lift onto the car rack, comfortable to ride and, may I say, I look fantastic riding it! I get comments all the time on my great bike. I do suggest that you just take the box to your local bike shop and have them assemble....make sure everything is lined up correctlY and replace the tire tubes.
