Designed for children one year and older, the Weeride bicycle child carrier is what is known as a "Centric Carrier" or center mountain child's bike seat. It mounts on the bike frame, between the bicycle seat and handlebars, with the child facing forwards. This makes it much easier to know what your child is doing and how they are feeling throughout the entire ride. It also makes it much easier to interact and talk with your child, without having to turn around to do so. For the child, it is a more enjoyable experience because they have a front row seat to what is around them, and can feel much more a part of the ride than they do when viewing the riders back.

The seat is comfortable, and padded, with an arm rest in the front. It will be a balanced ride because the child seat is positioned in the center of the frame rather than in the rear. We all know that children move around, and this will allow you to see them move, and retain your balance for the entire ride.
The centre-mounted carrier is attached to a specially designed bar that fits virtually any bicycle. The result is a carrier from which children can enjoy and share in the cycling experience, surrounded by a protective pair of arms. Although it fits nearly any type of bicycle, if you have a road bike, a bike with road bicycle type handlebars, or lean forward considerably when riding, we would recommend a rear mounted carrier or trailer.

an ingenious, patent pending, independent steel support bar that attaches between
the front handle bar tube and the seat post.

The steel support bar is an independent support system that does not interfere with brake cables or other attached bicycle gear. It includes different sizes of plastic spacers for the front yoke attachment and rear seat post to protect the posts and ensure it fits on almost any recreational bicycle available.
