After I'd owned the Leggenda for a year, I bought the women's Urbano model for my wife last Christmas. She's put about 100 miles on the bike, mostly in the past month as the weather has improved. We're both in our fifties and are both in fair/good physical condition, though we don't get as much exercise as we'd like – and that is the main reason we've started biking.
Assembly of the bike was easy, since it came mostly put together in the box. We just had to put on the front wheel and the handlebars. (Don't make the mistake of looking at the large set of instructions that come with the bike - they seem to be for a smaller mountain bike. In particular, the front wheel has a quick release mechanism - don't unscrew the nuts like the instructions show unless you want to mess with replacing the ball bearings!) The Urbano is very nice looking; the "polished mint" color might also be called "aquamarine" and it looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The gears needed some minor adjustment, which my wife had done in a local bike shop.
Riding the bike is easy and shifting is smooth. The midsized width tires are a good compromise between fat mountain bike tires and the usual road bike width. Hence the bike is a bit slower than a road bike, but gives a safer, more stable ride on less-than-perfect roads with occasional gravel on them.
Perhaps we'll upgrade to better components later, but for now the bike delivers just what the description implies, a "bicycle for riders looking to get back into the excitement of cycling". You can do that for an extremely reasonable price with a very decent bike.
