GMC Denali Road Bike 25" 63cm The GMC Denali Road bike is a great bike for someone wanting to ride a road bike at an extremely affordable price. With a price like this, you would not expect to find many of the features on this bike that it has. For example, the frame is a lightweight aluminum frame, it has high profile 700c alloy rims. The Shifters are quality Shimano Revo shifters and there are 21 speeds. The Denali has a very unique shifting design for a road bike, in which the shifters are actually twist shifters/grip shifters, located on the top portion of the handlebars. When it is time to stop, the alloy caliper brakes will do the job. The bike frame is available in three sizes. Each size has 700c wheels. The size choices are 48cm(19"), 57cm(22.5"), 63cm(25"). The Denali Road Bike includes an alloy water bottle cage. It's not a bad but for the money. It's a great starter bike to learn on. It's sturdy and fun to ride. It has some trouble with the shifters and the gears but once you get a feel of the bike you should be fine. The gear shifts are styled like that of a mountain bike and shifting while going up hill or bent over is difficult however when shifting on a flat surface it works great. The brake pads are kind of weak and you'll need some increased stopping time.
